Beijing ARC is the forthgoer and leader in coal vertical mill in power industry.

In 1999, the first offline open-arc welding equipment for roller/segment finished overlaying a batch of grinding rollers from Huaneng Dalian Power Plant. In turns, the life span for these rollers was prolonged.

We continue to design and develop new welding equipment and welding wire, improve overlaying process and optimize technical parameters.

Till now, Beijing ARC has offered automatic open-arc overlaying equipment for roller/segment, flux-cored welding wire and overlaying service to more than 500 power plants. We have hundreds of successful cases on coal mills of ZGM, HP, RP and MPS series.

Masses of cases verify that overlaying technology is vital to prolong the life span of coal mill roller/segment.

We are able to remanufacture whole sets with 6 coal mill, 18 grinding rollers and 6 sets of segments at the same time. With our state-of-art overlaying service, the cost of overhaul was reduced. We have successfully cooperated with many power plans.
