Application: This equipment is suitable for overlaying of roller press. Oscillating overlaying began after starting oscillator of welding torch. The welding width is adjustable, and cooling speed of welding bead is controlled. Surface hardness and cracks are improved. This system is equipped with automatic tracking system for welding torch to meet the needs of complicate working piece.

Characteristics:

Submerged arc overlaying: high working current, high welding speed, no arc light, high efficiency, suitable for welding wire of Φ2.4mm, Φ3.2mm, welding width reaches 15mm-25mm.
Open-arc overlaying: with welding torch oscillating device, welding width is able to be set to 15mm-50 mm. suitable for flux-cored wire, beautiful apparent on surface, suitable for complex-shaped roller press.
Able to do axial direction welding and ring direction welding
Oscillator made up of ball screw, stepper motor and frequency inverter drive. High load capacity, long life, easy to adjust, swing welding width reaches 0-50mm.
Power inverter is of flat characteristic and dropping characteristic. With stable current output, little spatter, high efficient, energy saving.
