On 23rd February, 2016, five GE representatives, including the procurement manager of GE China, the commercial specialist and lead project specialist of GE Germany, the senior sourcing manager and senior quality manager of GE India, had visited Beijing ARC Xinxing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ARC Company”), aiming at inspecting the qualification as the supplier of GE Group.

Accompanied by the personnel in international business department of ARC Company, GE inspection representatives firstly came to Beijing Changping production base, which is one of many bases of ARC Company and mainly engaged in overlaying projects.

Currently, ARC Company has 12 production bases in different cities and provinces of China, including Beijing Changping, Beijing Shunyi, Henan Yuzhou, Henan Qinbei, Hunan Zhuzhou, Guangxi Nanning, Sichuan Mount Emei, Shandong Tengzhou, Jilin Liaoyuan, Ningxia Yinchuan, Xinjiang Urumuqi City, Hebei Gu’an, etc. Beijing Changping base is the national experimental base for wear-resistant materials testing in electric power industry. The Gu’an industrial park in Hebei province which covers 50 mu is now under construction.

In Changping base, GE representatives visited the overlaying workshop and equipment, machining workshop and equipment, quality management department, etc. During the visiting, technicians of ARC Company answered the questions of GE representatives in specific details. Both sides made profound, friendly, effective communication and exchanges.

For further communication, GE representatives came to Zhongguancun Life Science Park, the headquarter of ARC Company, for deep communication. Dr. Liu Zhenying, the president of ARC Company, and Mr. Duan Hongyu, the sales director of the fourth sales department attended the meeting. During the meeting, GE representatives firstly stated their visiting purpose and inspection items. Manager Zhangli of technology department of ARC Company introduced the products and service of ARC Company. Both sides discussed on each inspection index of ARC Company. The meeting went smoothly in a cordial and friendly atmosphere. The whole process was harmonious and active. Due to scheduled flights of GE representatives, the original visiting plan of Beijing Shunyi welding wire production base after the meeting had to be canceled regrettably and waited for the next time.
