在2010年北京“嘉克杯”国际焊接技能大赛
　　各位选手，裁判员，各位来宾、朋友们：
　　大家好！
　　2010年北京“嘉克杯”国际焊接技能大赛，今天开幕了。首先，我代表国务院国资委，对大赛的隆重举行表示热烈的祝贺！向参赛的中外选手、裁判员和各位来宾表示热烈的欢迎！
　　随着工业和科学技术的发展，焊接技术被广泛应用于航空航天、压力容器、石油化工、车辆船舶、矿山建筑、国防军工等重点行业，在各国国民经济中扮演着重要角色。电焊工作为加工制造业的主要工种之一，是企业当前紧缺的技术人才。国际焊接技能大赛，不仅能锻炼队伍、切磋技艺、交流经验，也是各国企业间增进友谊，加深了解，合作共赢、共同发展的舞台。
　　国资委高度重视中央企业高技能人才队伍建设，国资委主任李荣融同志多次提出,中央企业技能人才要与国际知名企业开展技能比赛与技术交流。今天，我们组织中央企业优秀焊接技能人才参加此次国际焊接技能大赛，就是要通过与各国优秀焊接选手同台竞技，相互学习，了解国际焊接技术发展趋势，学习应用新技术、新工艺、新设备，不断提高产品质量，为世界各国客户和消费者提供更优质的产品和服务。
　　国际焊接技能大赛是 各国焊接行业优秀人才的盛会，是一次高水平的国际大赛。来自美国、德国、韩国、捷克、中国5个国家的知名企业和有关单位选派了55名优秀选手参加大赛。国资委为举办好这次国际焊接技能大赛，专门成立了大赛组委会和工作机构，加强组织领导，与协办及承办单位共同积极筹备，确保大赛圆满成功。
　　希望参赛的中外选手在比赛中充分展示精湛的技术和良好的精神风貌，赛出好成绩。让我们以大赛为契机，以竞赛为平台，为培养更多的国际焊接人才，推动焊接行业发展做出积极贡献。

　　Here it comes the opening of 2010 Beijing "ARC Cup" International Welding competition. First of all, I will on behalf of Stateowned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State to express my warmly congratulation to this grand competition, and warmly welcome foreign and chinese competitors, judges and guests.
　　With the developping of industries and science technology, welding technology play a very important role in every country’s national economy, and widely applyed in important areas like Aeronautics and Astronautic, pressure vessel, petrochemical industry,vehicle shipping, Mining construction, national defencence and military.Welding is one of the main links of manufacturing industry, welding technical workers are wildly required by enterprises. This competition shows skill level of competitors and also offers chances of technology & experience communication and freindship enhancement, deeper understanding, cooperation and development.
　　China SASAC pays high attention of high technical skill team construction of central enterprises, Chairman of China SASAC, Li RongRong pointed out the importance of competition holding and communication among famous international enterprises. Here today we send skill talents from central enterprises to this contest aiming at learning mutually, knowing trends of welding tech, new tech, rounting,equipment application to improve product quality to serve better for global customers and consumers.
　　International welding competition is a high level international competition which gathers the excellent welders who come from different countries, American, Germany, Korea, Chech and China, these five country’s well –know enterpriseselected 55 excelent welders to take part in this competition. In order to make sure the competition have a fully success, State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State established organizing committee of the competition and work association，strengthening the leadership,jointly prepare the competition with the orgnizers and co-organizers.
　　I hope that both foreign and chinese competitors could demostrate their exquisite craft and good spirit,and achieve a good grade. Lets take the opportunity of this competition to develop more skilled international welders,and contribute to the developing of the welding industries.
