The demand for material
1)打底层焊丝要求韧性好,作为止裂层焊在最底层
The backing welding wire must have good tenacity and be placed at the bottom as crack-preventing layer
2)良好的过渡层材料选择及焊接
The selection and welding of the fine material at the transition layer are the first premise of an effective and safe operation of the hard layer
3)辊面焊材要求耐磨性能优越
The welding material on the surface of the press roll must have a good wear-resisting property.
4)花纹层材料要求抗剧烈磨粒磨损及中等冲击磨损
The material on the patterns layer must have high abrasive wear resistance and medium impact abrasion resistance
